Copyright and Takedown Policy

Aradizo Tech Solutions Ltd (RC 9823337) respects the intellectual property of others, in particular the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), whose materials Edentos credits throughout. This Policy explains how a rights holder can ask us to remove content, consistent with the Copyright Act 2022.

1. Who owns what

• The Edentos software, design and content written for Edentos (summaries, Additional questions, explanations, marking guides and audio) belong to Aradizo Tech Solutions Ltd.
• Syllabuses, study texts, past questions and suggested solutions belong to ICAN, ANAN or their respective owners, and are credited to them.
• Answers and scripts uploaded by users belong to those users.

2. Making a takedown request

If you believe content on Edentos infringes a copyright or other right you own or represent, email aradizotechsolutions@gmail.com with:

• your name, organisation (if any) and contact details;
• the work you say is infringed;
• where it appears on Edentos (a link or a clear description);
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law; and
• a statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

3. What we will do

• Acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
• Review it promptly and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the content within 5 working days, and tell you what we have done.
• Where appropriate, we will discuss with you whether the content can be used with permission or on agreed terms instead.

4. Users who infringe

Users may not upload or share content that infringes anyone's rights, or copy and redistribute content from Edentos. We may suspend or close the accounts of users who do so, as set out in the Terms of Service.
